After reaching capacity in their first warehouse, this client wanted to expand. Upon purchasing a second 50,000 sqft storage facility, they called the team at Racked Out to design their racking system to maximize layout efficiency.
Racked Out met with the client to discuss their operations workflow, then created a custom layout that would achieve their desired goals. This included maximizing floor space usage and cost-savings to their bottom line.
Our installers are all full-time employees of Racked Out, thereby avoiding the use of subcontractors. Coordinating teams for out-of-province jobs is part of the package with Racked Out. We effectively communicated with the client and ensured that they were provided with the best solutions possible.
Their ideal racking solution included the use of double deep and single selective racks. Used strategically throughout the facility based on inventory management systems, these racks now help to improve operational performance every day.
In less than two weeks, the entire warehouse was erected and the client could begin significantly expanding inventory. The job was completed promptly with the utmost care for jobsite health and safety.
