Another successful client of ours is an artificial turf company that’s been growing at a fast pace. To support their continued growth, they needed additional storage space to accommodate more turf in a variety of sizes – especially long rolls.

Using the company’s outdoor lot to build the new racking system, there was no level concrete pad to start from – as you would have in a normal warehouse. That said, how do you ensure a plumb and square racking system when your surface isn’t level?

To overcome the unique challenge provided by this job, Racked Out poured concrete footings, then installed racking on mono posts and I-beams. Further enhancing the design, usability, and durability of this racking system, we installed a steel cladding to cover the entire system.

Developed specifically for their products and process, this new racking and system added much needed organization and allowed the company to increase their inventory.
